After the great success of the "Work That SKIRT" networking event in April at the Hyatt San Francisco, the SKIRTworking team has been asked back for a "Work That SKIRT 2" event! It will be held on October 21st from 6:30-8:30pm at the Hyatt San Francisco (5 Embarcadero, San Francisco). Tickets available for purchase at www.skirtworking.com.

Metalworker Richard Hubbard was tired of doing custom design for the wealthy and fretting over the next job. Michelle Foss was the new mother of twins and had to give up the rigors of running a green dry cleaning business. With her retailing background, Foss told Hubbard she would help him start his own furniture and
accessories line. They joined forces as Hubbardfoss last fall and opened a studio and showroom on 13th Street in San Francisco.
